Equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing machinery from Germany and Japan, YuchaiHI possesses a well-established production capacity in laser underlay, robot welding, narrow space welding, multi-layer multi-pass welding, anti-deformation control, CNC machining, and more.
The company has the capability to perform surface treatments on parts, including phosphate electrophoresis, shot blasting, and painting, across its five production lines.
With four complete assembly lines, turning machines, and tightening machines, YuchaiHI can meet an annual production capacity of 10,000 units.

Guangxi Yuchai New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary of Yuchai Group and plays a crucial role in Yuchai's transformation and upgrading within the industry segment. The company is situated in Guangxi Advanced Equipment Manufacturing City (Yulin), covering an area of 525 acres with a total construction area of about 130,800 square meters. The company employs around 300 people, including more than 60 product research and development personnel. It comprises seven functional departments, such as the Technology Center, Manufacturing Department, Quality Department, etc.
The company has established a vehicle production line with four complete processes: stamping, welding, painting, and final assembly.
